The Mysterious Shadow is the first book in the three-part Bula Buddies underwater adventure series by Walt Smith. The story begins in Viti Village, one of many underwater communities, or Vanua, stretching across the South Pacific, where long-lived creatures with special abilities live safely in a changing environment.
