Pacific Vegan Cookbook
Award-winning cookbook Pacific Vegan, by Vittoria Pasca, is proudly 100% plant-based so that Pacific fruits and vegetables can get the spotlight they deserve.
Vittoria, a Suva-based nutritionist, has been teaching healthy cooking classes with Fijian plants since 2017 and decided to write her own cookbook in order to share her knowledge with a broader audience.

She likes cooking with local plants and creating nutritious recipes that she shares on her blog and Facebook page, Healthy Eating Fiji. She combines different ingredients to make sure meals are balanced and nutrients are well absorbed.
She is the co-founder and lead organiser of VegFest Fiji, a festival promoting plant-based diets and the consumption of local fruits and vegetables.
