Payment options and policy
You can pay for your lovely gifts from Fiji in 3 ways when placing an order:
- Debit / Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Bank Deposit

PayPal
We use PayPal to process all our payments, whether you want to use Credit Card or your PayPal account.
We chose PayPal because it is a fast, safe way to make online payments, and is the industry standard.
Bank Deposit
If you are based in Fiji and want to pay in FJD, you can select 'Bank Deposit' as a payment option to place your order. We will email your order confirmation and our bank details to you. As soon as we have received your bank deposit, your items will be dispatched. Easy and quick, no need for a Credit card or PayPal account.
SSL and Credit Card security
We use SSL to ensure that all of our payment information is submitted securely. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, and is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser.
At My Fiji Store we take security seriously - using SSL ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private.
As we use the secure PayPal gateway to process all payments, we do not store your credit card details on our database. This ensures that your credit card details are secure.
PayPal Merchant Information
Our Merchant name will show up as 'Tasneem Consulting Limited'.
This is the name of the sister company, on your credit card statement you'll see 'PAYPAL *MYFIJISTORE'. We know this may look a bit strange at first - Please be assured that 'Tasneem Consulting Limited' is the PayPal Merchant name used for My Fiji Store payment transactions.
Payment confirmation
Once you have made payment using PayPal, you will receive two emails confirming your order.
One email will be from bula [at] myfijistore.com, with your order confirmation number. This is a summary of your online purchase, together with links to 'My Account' in the My Fiji Store website, where you can check the status of your order. To make sure that our emails don't end up in your 'Junk' folder, please add bula [at] myfijistore.com to your Safe Senders List.
The second email will be from PayPal, confirming your purchase, with the email heading 'Your payment to Tasneem Consulting Limited'
