Fijiana Cacao makes some of the finest bean-to-bar chocolate in the Pacific, crafted entirely from Fijian-grown cacao. Founders Tomohito and Harumi Zukoshi first came to Fiji as travellers in 2004 and fell for the country, settling in Savusavu where they began experimenting with cacao beans from the local market.

From revitalising forgotten cacao plantations in Vanua Levu to helping local farmers produce higher-quality beans, their dedication runs from grove to gold-wrapped bar.
